"Super helpful and easy to work with"
I had a few questions about the helmet before ordering, and customer service was great. They got back to me quickly, helped me figure out the right size, and explained everything in a simple way. No runaround or confusing answers, just friendly, clear help. It definitely made me feel way more confident about placing my order!

"Good helmet, slow shipping"
The helmet itself looks fine, so no complaints there. But the shipping was way slower than I expected. Tracking didn’t move for days, my brain just goes straight to “something’s wrong” when that happens. I ended up having to email them to find out what was going on. Not the worst experience ever, but I had that simple price-equals-better-service expectation, and the delivery didn’t really match it.

I ordered a custom design the first thing I noticed was that it didn’t look quite like the preview. The colors seemed a little off, and my eye keeps going right to a few details that don’t line up the way I expected. The helmet itself is fine and still usable, but for the price, I was really hoping the custom work would be sharper.

"Looks cool, but it bummed me out a bit"
I really liked the way it looked at first, so I was excited to use it. But after a few rides, the paint started chipping and the padding already felt loose. It just left me feeling like it wasn’t as sturdy as I hoped, even though the style is nice

I picked up the Predator helmet a few weeks ago and it feels really solid. The inside has good padding, and I feel safe wearing it when I ride. Nothing flashy or unnecessary, just a sturdy helmet that does the job. My only complaint is that the straps could be a little easier to adjust

"Fits okay, but could be comfier??"
It fits alright at first, but after wearing it for a while it starts to feel tight?? Not the worst, but I was definitely hoping it would be more comfortable.

"Ridiculously good deal for the price"
For what you pay, this is a ridiculous value. It does exactly what I needed, and I really don’t have any complaints.
